The Tilted Krown logo was a classic from the beginning! Artist Anthony Prince uses the Krown as his signature on every piece he does! After struggling with a name for their new clothing company for a few months Prince and friends decided (or someone I cant remember who???) to use the name "Tilted Krown". A year later Tilted Krown is FAR from where they want to be but overall have really developed a decent following and the beginning of a promising urban clothing and streetwear brand. It all started with the Major League Pattern! There were probably a couple hundred sleepless nights and an unlimited list of people who invested countless hours but it all started with the Major league Logo pattern. The pattern itself had been used several times for numerous t shirt patterns and advertisements and never gets old! Prince had used the pattern for a previous clothing brand that didn't work out due to infringement issues, but had been able to put his "magic" on the pattern overall making it that much better. With a few alterations it seemed like a great starting pattern to introduce the new logo and brand. Tilted Krown placed large order planning on selling a lot more than feasible for a new company. Going all out to show all the detail and planning they put into a shirt. With a printed tag, multi colored main print, and single colored sleeve and back print as well the cost got pretty high! In reality the shirt sold well in all colorways and opened the door for the brand to release a series of additional tees including the best selling Scoops ice cream pattern. Scoops ice cream tee

Tilted Krown is excited to announce the re release of one of the best urban clothing t shirts of the year! The scoops Ice cream tee was one of the initial patterns Tilted Krown released but was pretty limited. After a few months of pre orders they finally decided to re release! The pattern was drawn by Anthony Prince, the main artist and originator of the signature "tilted krown." The initial ice cream pattern was much more elaborate. Containing not only the the cone and scoops wearing the krown, but a full background of the TK logo and shield. Realizing the pattern needed to be simplified a little we played with some other versions adding and removing certain pieces. Ultimately we wound up with the same exact cone minus all the background and added some crazy colors with the drips on the bottom. Initially the Tilted crew were reluctant to release the tee. The colors being too many and overall the tees being very costly. With all the options available to create a tee it was crucial to come with something out of the box and over the top to show the sort of artistic abilities we had. With the timing of a decent sized local hip hop show hosted by local film and music video producer Tony Kure at the Camelback Sarah hotel Tilted Krown sorta pushed the shirt out last minute! With Ant B a young, promising Arizona Hip Hop artist and fellow Tilted Krown supporter taking the stage it was important to come with something new! The show was a success but the shirt seemed to flop!? Initially... Once the tee went online and a few pics started to float around the pattern was a HIT! Tilted Krown has been able to build a huge Instagram and social media following with just a few patterns out in their first year, capping that first year by re releasing the best tee of the bunch was a great way to close 2013 for one of the hottest new urban clothing companies! Tilted Krown

Tilted Krown clothing was founded in January 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. The brand's name derived from the main artist Prince's signature logo: a slightly tilted, tagger style crown (hints "prince.") 

Tilted Krown has heavy urban art type influences with a variety of different artistic and creative applications ultimately ending up screen printed on T-shirts, long sleeves, tank tops, crews, sweaters, hoodies and more. One constant with the bran that stands out on each shirt pattern and brand logo is the tilted crown. The ability to incorporate creatively into any logo, picture, design or animation seems endless! 

Tilted Krown has printed on a variety of different fabrics and materials and ultimately wanted to hold on to that "premium" style streetwear. Tilted Krown clothing is printed on thick, soft, comfortable, premium, 100% cotton shirts!

Tilted Krown was featured early on in a YouTube video haul by Brandon "namebrand" a prominent plundr and karmaloop rep with. The video spotlighted the original Tilted Krown pattern the "Major League" tee and the brand's most popular tee the "Scoops" ice cream tee.The major league pattern replaced the batter from the MLB Logo with their Tilted Krown logo printed in red white and blue colorways or black white and silver. The ice cream tee was a Prince classic! Featuring three neon skull shaped ice cream scoops in a cone all topped with a tilted Krown. Namebrand has a solid fan base and promotes some great clothing hauls on his social media sites. 

With new Grand Theft Auto (GTA) vice city, and a clever Pac-Man themed pattern slated to release soon Tilted Krown clothing is poised to have a good second year in 2014.
